FlanMan
He's not exactly a character in the Moon Over Queen Street story line, First Appearance: March5, 2001
but he's important. He was the first character. Originally when weset Dramatic Side: July17, 2001
about to do a web comic, we thought he could be the star, but now we Melodramatic Side: August11, 2001
think he's better as a mascot. Still, the official poll which I madeup listed
him as our most popular character. We love Flan Man.
AsparagusBoy
Asparagus Boy is Flan Man's sidekick, rather a thankless job whichhas First Appearance: June5, 2001
caused him to develop a dry, biting wit. He has some sort of grudge
against Erica. Perhaps he is the embodiment of Emily's id? Hm... Our
thanks goes out to our friend Don From The Radio Station for this one.
LucyHudson
Lucy is the level headed one. When the girls were lost in First Appearance: March20, 2001
Hindsight, it was Lucy's obsession over her failures that nearly Being pushed: April17, 2001
did them in. She is very serious and tries really hard to be nice Talking to a bird: April24, 2001
to people, even people she thinks are dumb, like Hypnotized: May22, 2001
Margaret, and people she thinks are scary, like Gertie. Tying he shoelaces together: June14, 2001
GertrudeVogelsang
There are several theories on why Gertie is evil: some say it is because First Appearance: March27, 2001
she was given the name Gertrude, some say blondes are evil, some saythe Evil:April17, 2001
evil is innate. Some even say Gertie isn't evil at all, but they arewrong. Brilliantly Manipulative: June3, 2001
Gertie is evil. Keep your eye on her. Because she's evil.
MargaretAvedon
Margaret was upset when her dream self kept having an First Appearance: March20, 2001
eye patch, but now she's over it. Pretty much. It's just that it's Being Dumb: May30, 2001
so pirate-chic. She doesn't have one in real life. It doesn't Super Hero!: June19, 2001
do much for her depth perception either, which is troublesome
when her delusions of superhero-ness kick in.
Vince
Vince is the guinea pig guide to Hindsight. He shows up, and the First Appearance: April3, 2001
girls follow his lead. After all, the subconscious mind is not a place Bite!: June3, 2001
to wander unescorted.
Mr.Mendolsohn
Mr. Mendolsohn was Lucy's elementary school vice principal First Appearance: June14, 2001
who rebuked her for tying her shoelaces together. She was so Evil plan revealed: July3, 2001
embarrassed by this that she never forgot it- or him. Having only
met him once, her memory has become distorted: she remembers
the striped tie, the large eyes, and the mustache, but he's regressed
into only a caricature. Having brooded in Lucy's brain for awhile,
he's ready for world domination- but he'll have to get in line.
Ericaand Emily
Okay, so we're not characters, we have had several walk ons. First Appearance: June5, 2001
These are pretty blatantly skewed, because Emily always draws Erica is a lazy stagehand: July17, 2001
them and she thinks it's fun to be mean. Emily and Erica are bestest Escaping to Houston: July18, 2001
friends and the dynamic duo behind Moon Over Queen Street. Syrup: September4, 2001
Erica usually wears a fedora named Charlene, because she is deranged,
and Emily has blue hair, because she is pathetic.
